What can be returned and condition:
1.All items returned must be with tags in new condition, unworn, unwashed and packaged in a similar manner to original packaging.
2.Clearance items, if any are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned.
3.Promotional discounted items may be returned (i.e. on sale).
To receive a cash refund:
Your package must be postmarked for return within 7 days of the delivery date of your original package. Once your return is processed by our returns department, it may take up to 7 days to receive the refunded amount back to the card used.
To receive a store/online credit:
Your package must be postmarked for return within 21 days of your purchase date. Once your return is processed by our returns department, you will receive an email with a gift card number containing your credit. Your online credit never expires.
We like to make exchanges as easy and fast as possible. Please give us a call at 703.628.9419 and let us know what item(s) you would like and we will pull it for you. This will also ensure that the item(s) you are wanting does not sell out. After receiving your return, we will call you with the exact shipping amount for your exchanged item(s). We will only hold exchange items for 7 days.

-First step : reference our return policy above and make sure the item(s) to be returned meet all of our criteria.
-Second step :print & complete the return form on the website forms section and include it in the box with the item(s) you are returning.
-Third step: swing by your local Post Office, UPS or FedEx location to ship your package to 24722 w champion dr. We recommend getting a tracking number for your package, as we are not responsible for items or refunds for items that are lost while in-transit to us with no tracking numbers.
